As a youth, resident in Katutura, my only place to read during examination time is the Multi-Purpose Youth Library. It is a pity coming to this centre. When you go in it is clean from the reception. You only find cleaners sweeping there and they ignore the public toilet, which is opposite the gym and the so-called library is in a mess and sometimes only opens at 11. Please Minister of Youth make a turn in that centre, because it is in a mess and dirty every time.  How will you develop youth in a dirty environment?
