They were associated with the renowned Kobus Neethling for a number of years and have used his products to induct Trustco’s new employees.
The company’s senior management team gathered for yet an all-day creativity workshop presented by Dr. Neethling at Trustco’s Iitumba lodge on the outskirts of Windhoek, on 26th April 2012.

Chantelle Reid, Trustco’s Chief Operations Officer for Human Resources, organized the one day intense seminar. She explains that Dr. Neethling has developed the brain profiling program which Trustco has used and his ‘Voyage to Wisdom’ program, was organized in order for management to refresh their understanding of this powerful Beyonder Creativity Program, designed to address the human addiction to ordinary thinking and doing.
“It was an opportunity for the management team to interact more closely and develop better understanding of how to use the brain profiling information. It was all about unleashing creativity and potential in one-self and others, to look at how we can compliment each other and how to communicate with each other, as well as how to match people with certain jobs.”
At the close of the workshop, Quinton Van Rooyen, Managing Director for Trustco Group Holdings Limited, expressed satisfaction with the interaction and thanked Dr. Neethling and his team for always responding positively. He said that Trustco has made strides over the years through skilling of personnel and developing leadership. This will continue for as long as the company’s resources made it possible.
