Three former nurses at the St Martin Hospital of the Roman Catholic Church at Oshikuku have accused the Principal Medical Officer (PMO), Dr Samwel Awe, of discrimination after he allegedly interfered with the payment of their outstanding leave credit days from the Ministry of Health and Social Services accumulated during their employ at the ministry.

Millions for Caprivi quarantine facilities |

Seven million Namibian Dollars was spent to renovate and upgrade Katima and Kopano quarantine facilities in the Caprivi region. These facilities were officially handed over by the permanent secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry, Joseph Iita, last Thursday.
