Once again our justice system has failed us the people. It baffles me that by killing your wife you get slapped with a fine.  Did human life become so cheap in Namibia? Shaduka was either guilty or not guilty and to me and many others he was guilty.

Dear Editor,

Please allocate space for me in your popular newspaper to air my judgment regarding justice in the land of the brave, the prominent businessman Lazarus Shanduka recently accused of murdered his wife but eventually acquitted on that count and convicted of culpable homicide and attempting to defeat or obstruct. The judgement in the court of justice sent a shock to the members of the public in disbelief. It was not fair.
