UNAM Pro-Vice Chancellor Zach Kazapua this week confirmed that the Vice Chairperson of the Unam Council, Ndeutala Angolo-Amutenya, only declared her interests in Hanganeni Investments at the beginning of a June 2008 meeting to approve the company’s subsidiary, Hanganeni Emona as the winner of an N$80 million tender to build student residencies at the university.

Father jailed for raping six-year-old daughter PDF Print E-mail

THE long arm of the law finally caught up with a 33-year-old Rehoboth man who was slapped with a 15 year prison sentence for raping his six-year-old daughter over a period of at least four years. The man was arrested only after his daughter had fallen pregnant and given birth at the age of 10.
