IN the wake of the withdrawal of three councillors and the Mayor of Windhoek, Mathew Shikongo from the Windhoek City Council by the Swapo Khomas Region Executive, Informanté conducted an opinion poll on 160 potential voters from Windhoek’s political, economic and social divide on the achievements of the council during their tenure in office.
