Last week’s Big Brother Stargame Africa saw the eviction of Dalphin, Yadel and Luke. However some relief came the way of Zainab, who was upgraded to the Upville VIP house, after surviving the nail-biting eviction.
Just when the celebrities in Upville thought that they were safe, the first round of nominations took place on Monday. DKB, Mampi and Maneta are up for elimination this week. As house rules go, the head of the house can nominate someone in his place. DKB, who is the head this week, decided to nominate Lady May instead. He claimed that the reason he picked Lady May is because she has been taking things too personally. Since DKB’s choice, the Namibian public are debating whether the ‘Zoom Zoom’ singer, Lady May (real name Martha Namundjebo) might be leaving the house on Sunday. DKB is however the only one who voted for Lady May. Mampi has six votes; Maneta and DKB both have three. One of the Namibian couples, Jessica Shikeva (21), broke the ice by being the first woman in the BBA Stargame to entertain the viewers with some steamy sex. Jessica and evicted Liberian housemate, Luke, were pretty busy rocking under the sheets and according to people in the know, have already got it on in the house at least five times. The 23-year old, Junia Cloete, screamed for alcohol already on her first night in the house, but her friend, Jessica, is now left out in the cold since lover-boy Luke was evicted and fans are now left wondering whether she will choose herself another Stargame boy. Luke who has spent most of his final moments in the House with Jessica said during his Nomination Diary session that he would miss Jessica. “We have started something romantic,” he said. But as they say, it is only a game. Whether Namibians are behind their girls and are willing to vote for them remains yet to be seen.
