ANSWERING your letter of April 12, 2007 on page (14):
For insurance you are paid N$1,000 and someone involved in a fraud case offers you plus minus N$25,000, will you destroy the case docket or not?

It's true dockets are disappearing, but what will you do to solve this problem? Ask the Inspector General because he's well paid.

If you give policemen a salary which is market related everything will be fine. Nampol Traffic Officers are doing nothing but just standing at roadblocks. They have no work to do. These guys were supposed to be visible on the roads. Max, investigate some things for yourself then you will be surprised.

Some police officers have been found guilty in the courts and discharged from the Force, but they are re-employed through the Special Field Force. I’ve got proof of it.
