Motorists in Walvis Bay were left flabbergasted on Tuesday morning when a shunting train was reportedly brought to a standstill on the railway crossing in 5th Street, in order for the operator and a colleague to get out of the locomotive to buy meals at one of the meme-kapanna’s that frequents the area.
