Please allow me space in your esteemed newspaper to air my views that I share with other residents of Okahandja concerning NaTIS office in Okahandja. The NaTIS office in Okahandja only takes 40 applicants per week for the practical driving test, normally done by booking on Wednesday and conducted on Thursday, hence on Thursday, 21 March they did not conduct any practical driving test as it was a public holiday.

THE official countdown to Namibia’s 25 years of freedom has begun. Namibia gained its freedom in 1989. The process was however nearly derailed by Swapo’s flagrant violation of the ceasefire agreement. On 21 March 1990, Namibia declared its independence. Namibia became the darling of the world and investors looked to Namibia as a possible alternative investment location to South Africa which was being torn apart by civil strife.
