The above policy was up to now, at least in the Otzojondjupa Region, not delivering. One of the main reasons is the fact that legislation for the Composition of the Constituency Development Committees [CDC] does not include the private sector and the SMEs at all.

I took this picture on Wednesday 20th March 2013 when on a visit the Windhoek Central Hospital and was very disturbed to find a poster so outdated as it gave the impression that there was no Namibia National Health Week since August 1995.

Recently in a weekly newspaper, the Minister of Presidential Affairs, Dr Albert Kawana was quoted as saying that the delimitation commission has the power to change regional boundaries of the Caprivi region and allocate Caprivi land to the Kavango Region.
