On Monday in Rio de Janeiro, HRT Participações em Petróleo, through subsidiary HRT Walvis Petroleum, announced that its first exploration well (Wingat-1 2212/07/1) in its multi-well offshore drilling programme in Namibia, has found oil, although not in commercial volumes.
