Accounting firm Deloitte is set to launch its Best Company to Work For survey this month. The survey aims to identify and celebrate the best companies to work for across Namibia and southern Africa as rated by their employees. It was first introduced to Namibia in 2011 and has attracted great interest from local companies.

Meatco has announced that due to increased demand for the slaughter and marketing of beef, the Okahandja abattoir is to re-open on Monday, pending approval from the directorate of veterinary services in the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry.
