From a village boy playing beats with sticks and cans, to a platinum producer was a long road, but well worth it. The 23-year-old music producer and director Kidd Ill, real name Titus Hidishange, says he started from scratch to set up his own recording studio, a very difficult process that requires time and courage.

Namibian Jazz artist, Erna Chimu shared the stage with top names in the music industry, such as Grammy-winning American singer-songwriter, actress and poet, Jill Scoot, South African Jazz artist and guitarist, Jimmy Dludlu and Acid Jazz Group from the United Kingdom when she performed at the Cape Town International Jazz festival last weekend.
