More evidence has exposed the City of Windhoek’s lies, deceit and cover-ups uncovered during an onslaught of house auctions belonging to the downtrodden poor in Katutura this week, including misplaced secrecy of politicians and the Mayor of Windhoek’s excessive unpaid utility bills.
Fresh revelations that the Mayor of Windhoek was massively indebted to the municipality places him in a compromising position and maybe explains why he has been unable to confront well-paid public figures and prominent influential politicians on their huge unpaid city debts.
