An alleged personal feud between the Katima Mulilo Town Council Chief Executive Officer, Charles Nawa, and his ex-subordinate, Gwelu Humphrey Divai, which resulted in the reckless and malicious destruction of a carwash, has cost the taxpayers N$58 000, after a successful lawsuit.
